Mystery Customer for GSC Cinemas

Thanks to Casey and GSC Cinemas, I was selected as one of GSC mystery customers to improve customer service.

Was in this role for the past three and a half years. Recently, GSC requested a change of mystery customer as I have been providing the reports for quite some time.

In return, I was given RM50 and four movie tickets. My family and friends have been enjoying free movies for the past few years.

Though no longer GSC mystery customer, I wish GSC will continue its customer service excellence. And of course thanks for the opportunity given to help GSC improve customer service.
