RapidPass LRT Manual

To all LRT patrons! Effective 1 July 2010, the manual LRT monthly card will be replaced with the monthly Touch n Go card.

Funny Bread Face

Quaker Chewy

This is power food, excellent for breakfast. Best part it contains only 90 calories, excellent for those watchful on diet. I feel full after a quaker chewy bar and a cup of milk.

It is called granola bar, contains whole grain rolled oats, sugar, crisp rice, wheat flour, soy incredients, chocolate chunks and dried cherries.

They are available at hypermarkets, got mine from Tesco. RM12.50 for ten bars.

New LRT Card Rates

Star and Putraline LRT came up with more flexible LRT cards, cater for 7 days and 15 days usage. Previously, it only had monthly pass.

This scheme provides more flexibility and options for regular customers. I need to calculate whether 15 days will be cheaper for me... Sigh... Bad in calculation...

Birthday Thrills

Thinking back, its funny that now I receive birthday cards from companies which I develop a relationship with, hardly from friends.

With advancement of technology, friends will send sms, email greetings and facebook birthday messages. Nothing beats the thrills of receiving birthday cards and indeed I am so happy to receive these birthday cards and vouchers, of course they want more business from me!

Dr Steve Lundin @ Maybank

So privileged to have author, film maker and MBA lecturer, Dr Steve Lundin in Maybank recently for a talk on CATS and FISH, based on his books.

The FISH philosophy widely used by so many organizations including healthcare for creating fun at work.
