Nail Fashion

Look at my ring finger, isn't it nice! Haha. Got the nail extended with acrylic, and embedded three real flowers in it.

It was done by Mr David Galeos, who invented this nail fashion. Really amazed by the artificial wonders.

For bride to be, no longer need glue the artificial nails. This acrylic extension is more natural and real.

Failed Detox

Sad to say, I have failed in my detox attempt this round. Perhaps due to many stress esp studies, I can't focus and always resorted to snacks, especially those prohibited during detox.

Had potato chips, soft drinks, nyonya kuehs, nasi pulut, various types of meat including ostrich. My my.... Sinful detox.

Will try after complete my project thesis and exams. Hope better focus then!

Etude House Rich Butter Foot Mask Review

Just as the hand mask, the foot mask comes with plastic footies to make it less messy. I can feel the thick buttery cream as I put on the foot mask.

I left it longer as I have dried skin especially at the edge of my right feet, perhaps due to the lacerated skin due to my motor accident nine years ago.

The result? Very moist and 'glowing' feet. The skin looked so pinkish and healthy, with the shea butter and steamed milk pampering my feet.

I strongly recommend this if you have dried skin around your feet. Another alternative that I can think of that is cheaper is to apply shea butter from Bodyshop or any other brand, and wear socks or hand gloves for similar effects!

Etude House Rich Butter Hand Mask Review

The hand masks come with plastic gloves to make it less messy. I massaged the pressure points as shown on the packaging, especially for bowel system point.

After 20 minutes, I felt my hands softer and very moisturised, with the shea butter and steamed milk from the mask.

Tummy, Butt and Thighs Sculpting Wear

This is another product recommended in 'Nu Ren Wo Zui Da' programme, a famous Taiwan TV show. Jolin Chai herself recommended this product for those seriously thinking of better shape.

Same as the 'Bust Up Tummy In' wear, it is really fitting and tight, those half-hearted about body shaping should not try this. Really need patience and determination to try this wear out.

I am trying this so called hand made wear that could help sculpt the body. Of course I am not silly enough to think that this is a magical wear, just that to complement this wear with my detox plan.

Forewarning, it is really fitting to the body, a little tight when try to squeeze in the wear, once fitted on, it is very comfortable.

My Salad Lunch

Had a salad lunch made or green and purple corals, yellow pepper, raisins, chinese pear and purple cabbage. Likes to add different colors to my salad to get the different vitamins and minerals and to avoid being boring in the menu.

How creative when Sky cooked his Nissin mee and put on top of my salad. So I ate some Nissin mee also, hehe, and Sky ate some salad.

Mango Juice

Instead apple juice, had a glass of mango juice instead. Bought the mango juice during Isetan presales last week.

With more variety, hope I can stay on the detox plan for one month. Breakfast was the mango juice with 5 pieces of prunes.

Detox Day 2

Its my second day of detox. The PuriTea made me went to the loo for few times. Tummy less bloated and 'soft'. Need to strengthen the muscles by using the gadget that i bought from Tesco. Using the gadget i could 'sit-up' more times and i feel its more motivating and effective when doing something i like.

Weight on first day : 63kg
Weight today : 61.5kg

(its the coating of 'waste' in my colon that the PuriTea had helped me to cleanse)

I will have a glass of green apple blend(include the pulps) in a short while. Target to complete my MBA thesis today so i could forward to my supervisor, Dr Hooi for review while i still work on the layout, formatting and other stringent requirement.

Tangerine Salad

Decided to have salad for dinner. Mixed a big bowl of corals, purple and green, yellow pepper, purple cabbage, raisins and tangerine.

Added on Ayam Brand sardine fish, with chopped onions onto the salad. For dressings, I tried the Japanese dressings and Balsamic dressings.

Detox Plan

Will be on a one month detox plan starting today. I followed the Michelle Cook's 4 weeks Detox Plan method. First week is about cleansing the bowel system. For the 4 weeks, consumption of meat would be minimal.

Daily intake are more on fruits and plant based products.
